Served as Interim COO and Chief of Staff for a human performance biotechnology startup during a critical growth phase. Supported leadership in securing $1M in funding while leading hiring, training, and development of 19 team members. Worked closely with the R&D team to identify new product opportunities and expand into emerging consumer markets.
